Introducing.......Clementine!
I colored my image with copics and fussy cut her and the pins out and layered them over the circular panels. I sponged some A Muse buttercup ink around the edges of the white circle. I was going for the look of a spotlight. I paired some PP from the My Mind's Eye School Daze 6x6 paper pad with some Bazzill Card Shoppe marshmallow, licorice twist and wax lips CS. I did some faux stitching with a white gel pen and added s PTI black button and some beetle black Doodle Twine.
