Stamping Bella Sneak Peek

Yep!  You read right!  There are soon be released NEW Stamping Bella images....NINE of them to be exact!   Some new Uptown Girls, some new Mo Manning, AND a brand new line of stamps called the "Dudas!"  You are going to LOVE them!

Today I am sneak peeking of the soon to be released Mo Manning for Stamping Bella images!

Can you stand it?!  How cute is that little guy with little round belly?   Now, this stamp set does not come with a sentiment, but I thought this sentiment by A Muse Artstamps was a perfect match.  I don't even think they sell it any more.  I couldn't find it on the A Muse Artstamps website.  BUT, you can always generate a sentiment from your computer or pair it with a sentiment from your stash.   I used some Bazzill Card Shoppe marshmallow, licorice twist, and whirly pop CS and paired it with a strip of PP from the Echo Park For the Record 2 Documented 6x6 paper pad.

skin - E11, E21, E00, E000, R20, R30
jeans - B29, B37, B34
shirt - E44, E43, E41
background - B0000

Me and my fellow Stamping Bella Babes have the honor of sneak peeking the new images on our blogs this week leading up to the the release on Friday!   Be sure to be stalking our blogs or join the Stamping Bella Sistahood group on Facebook!  Just request to join and we'l let you in!  That way you never miss a beat!

Also, you might see some sneak peeks from the Stamping Bella Babes for the Bellastic Tuesday "Make It Pretty" challenge that you can find the Stamping Bella Forum on SCS!

OH!  One more thing!  The current theme for the upcoming Bellatastic Friday is  “BANNERIFIC”.. make a banner on your card.. cut it out and collage it, stamp it.. it can be pennants, banner.. anything along that theme!  You must email  Emily (emily@stampingbella.com ) with your entries by the end of Thursday,  February 28th to see your work on next week's blog post AND to have a  chance of winning the prize of $20 to Stamping Bella Store!

TSG196 - CASE a Trendsetter

Happy Monday!  (insert groan here)  Well, the good thing about Monday is that there is a new There She Goes challenge ready for you to tackle.  This week our challenge is brought to us by Jessie! She is asking you to CASE your favorite card by a Trendsetter!! If you aren’t familiar with CASEing, just pick a favorite card by a Trendsetter, and use it to create a card of your own inspired by theirs, but different in some way!

I just received the Blossom by Blossom stamp set in the mail this week....my chosen prize for being published in the Designed to Color Magazine with the Wonderful Winter Wishes stamp set!  So, I had to ink up new stamp set to play along with this week's challenge!

skin - E11, E21,E00, E000, R20, R30
hair - E34, YR23, YR21
hat - BG78, BG75, BG73, YR23, YR21
sweater - R85, R83, R81
socks - E43, E41
shoes - E47, E44, E43
birds - YR23, YR21
bench - E34,E33, E31
grass - YG95, YG93

My card was inspired by THIS CARD created by our ridonkulously talented Trendsetter Sandra MacLean.

LOVE this card of hers!   I was inspired to fussy cut my image, to layer it over the panel with the cut out, and the clouds.

Ready to play?  Head over to the TSG Blog to link up your entry!

To be eligible for the giveaway, create a card or project by CASEing any card by a Trendsetter. You can find the list of Trendsetters on the TSG blog's side bar.  This challenge is open until the winner has been announced on the following Monday (March 4th). The winner will get a $5 gift certificate to use in the TSG Web store!   TSG stamps are not required to participate in the challenges but are appreciated :)   If you upload your card to an online craft gallery, please use the keyword TSG196 so we can check out your beautiful work!

7 Kids College Fund Blog Hop featuring Tim Holtz Idea-olgy

Today the designer for the 7 Kids College Fund are bringing you a blog hop filled with crafty inspiration featuring the Tim Holtz Idea-ology line.   I must admit, I slightly panicked when I heard we were doing this hop.  While I have an appreciation for Tim Holtz and his style, his style and mine are not exactly alike.

However, when I was searching through the Tim Holz Idea-ology products in the 7 Kids Store, I came across this transparent film strip ribbon and the wheels started turning!  I paired it with the Some Odd Girl Photo Kaylee image! Perfect combo!

skin - E11, E21, E00, E000, R20, R30
hair - C9,C7,C5, C3

camera - C7-C5-C3, R17, YR23, clear star Gelly Roll pen

I went over the sentiment with a back glaze pen to add some pop.  You can find all of the supplies I used from the 7 Kids College Fund Store by clicking on the graphics below.

Before you start hoppin' let me show you the awesome prize up for grabs!

How's that for an inventive to hop and leave some blog love for our designers as you do?
You have through Tuesday to get through the hop so get going and enjoy!
The winner of the prize will be announced on March 2nd on the 7 Kids College Fund Blog!

Oh, AND if you see something you like along your hoppin' way, click on the inks on the deigners page to take you to that product. There She Goes Again - Forever

Today the There She Goes Trendsetters are breathing new life into some previously released stamp sets.  I have chosen to ink up the Forever stamp set.

I started with a PTI kraft CS base and rounded two opposite corners.  I used a stamp from the Cute as a Button stamp set and stamped it in VersaMagig cloud white ink to create the background.   I stamped the image in Momento tuxedo black ink onto X-Press It blending card and colored the image with copics.

And this is too cute not to share.......
This is the poem my 9 year old son Jack wrote for me for Valentine's Day:

Shall I compare thee to football?
No, in football you might sometimes get tackled and break something.
My love for you will never break.
Shall I compare you to basketball?
No, in basketball, you lose the game.
My love for you will never lose.
Shall I compare you to reading?
No. When you read, there's an ending.
My love will never end for you.
