TSG150 - Metal Embellishments

Happy Monday.  Do I hear a collective sigh?
Lets take our minds off the Monday blues
by playing along with this week's There She Goes Challenge!

This week's challenge is sponsored by Candace, who is a fellow newbie Trendsetter like me.  She is challenging us to add metal embellishments on our creations this week.

I am LOVING the new When I Grow Up stamp stamp that was just released Saturday night.  I had inked up one image to make THIS card for the release blog hop, but I was itching to ink another image from the set so today was a fine time to do so.

ACK!  Isn't she so sweet?!  Torico, one of the fabulous illustrators for TSG,  really knocked it out of the park with this set!  I colored the image with copics and paper pieced her dress.  I paired the PTI kraft and dark chocolate CS with  some DSP from the EP Dots & Stripes Homefront 6x6 paper pad.  I added some PTI dark chocolate.  For my metal embellishments, I added three silver brads and a silver clip to sentiment panel.

For some reason, I rarely add metal embellishments to my cards, but that is going to change because I love how this looks!

Now head on over the the There She Goes Blog to see which Trendsetters are playing along with this week's challenge, too, and check out what they have done for this challenge!
