Introducing Ninja Skillz!
Eeeeeeek! I love this little guy! I colored him and the cupcakes with copics.
I used a Viva Decor ice white pearl pen for the frosting on the cupcakes and added some yellow Stickles for the candle flames. I used PTI pure poppy and black CS.
