TPS74 - Sunny Day

It's time for another challenge over on the Paper Shelter Blog.

It's a bittersweet day for me because today will be last post as a DT member of the Paper Shelter.  I am taking on a new adventure which means I have to give up some other things to keep my crafting and "real life" in balance.  So while I excited to have new adventures of me which I announcing later today, I am sad to be leaving such a nice and talented group of women!  The Paper Shelter has been SO generous to us DT members and has showered us with so many adorable digital images of the DT term.  I am thankful to have been part of this team!

OK, enough of that mushy stuff!
This week we are challenging you to use metal embellishments on your card.
I colored up the adorable Sunny Day image for my last DT post.

I colored the image with copics and fussy cut her out.  I used Bazzill marshmallow, candy bar, and peanut cluster CS and PTI aqua mist CS.  I tore the peanut cluster CS to create the sandy beach.  I used the MFT Die-namics wonky scallop border die as template for sponging my clouds with Amuse Studios sky ink.  I used the TE wave border die.  I added some sunny yellow solid grosgrain ribbon and attached the tag with silver brads to the bow with some natural jute.

Come on and play along with us!  Just head on over to the Paper Shelter Blog to link up your creation!  We have some great prizes up for grabs. If you use a TPS image on your creation you have a chance of winning a $20 voucher. If you use another brand of image you are up for a chance of winning three images of your choice.

Be sure to check out what my fellow DT members have cooked up for you this week for some added inspiration!

Kim (that's me!)
