I inked up one of the newest C.C. Designs images called Swiss Pixie Ice Cream Lucy.
Isn't she so sweet?! I stamped the image onto X-Press It blending card, colored her with copics, and cut her out. I paired some DSP from the MME Blush 6x6 paper pad with some Bazzill Card Shoppe cotton candy, butter mints, and candy car CS. I used the MFT Die-namics jumbo scallop die and added some gorgeous ivory silk ribbon from the Ribbon Carousel. The sentiment is from the Verve Thankful Accents stamp set.
