Sparkle Creations Sneak Peek - Seattle Chloe

Today is the final day of the Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps sneak peeks!

Introducing Seattle Chloe!

I stamped my image onto PTI white CS and colored it with copics.  I paired some MFT whip cream and black licorice CS with some PP from the My Mind's Eye "Ruby" 6x6 paper pad.  I used the MFT wonky scallop border Die-Namics to create the border and added some black hemp cord.
