Welcome to the Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps 3rd  Anniversary Hop! Not only are we here to help Sparkle celebrate 3 years of SCRS, but we are also officially releasing 4 new SCRS images this month -- Paris Lucy,  London Charlotte, New York Josh, and Seattle Chloe. I decided to color up the adorable Beach Chloe!

I stamped my image into PTI white CS in Momento tuxedo black ink and colored her with copics.  I tore some MFT kraft CS to create the sand and added some microfine glitter to the torn edges.  I used my silhouette portrait to due cut the sun.   The PP is from the Echo Park "Paradise Beach" 6x6 paper pad.
