RS111 - You Did It!

Graduation season is upon us so I thought I would ink up the sweet MFT Pure Innocence Graduation Girl to play along with the Retro Sketches #111.


I started with a sweet tooth CS base.  I stamped the lemon drop CS panel in black licorice hybrid ink with the MFT sheet music background stamp.   Think Pomp and Circumstance!  I used  a coupe of died from the MFT Die-namics Blueprints 2 and 13 to create the flag and star.  



I stamped my image in MFT black licorice hybrid ink an colored her with copics.  I used a white gel pen to add the freckles to her cheeks.

SugarPea Designs and Perfect Paper Crafting Blog Hop

I created a card with the SugarPea Designs My Hero and the Perfect Layers Mini Tool! 
I used the SC485 sketch as my inspiration.

I started with an MFT natural CS pael and I ran it through the ig Shot in a Darice Stripes embossing folder. I chose some papers from the Fancy Pants Designs Little Sport 6x6 paper pad. I used the Perfect Layers Mini to mat my panel with MFT hot fudge CS.  


I stamped my image in MFT black licorice hybrid ink and colored him with copics.

DS148 - Sweet as Can Bee


Welcome to the Deconstructed Sketch #148. 
I will admit that was initially stumped by this sketch.  But once I ditched the idea of doin a square card and going to the standard A2 card, it came together quickly.

I played along wit the MFT Doodle Garden Sweet as Can Bee.


I started with a smooth white CS base.  I used the MFT fishtail flag STAX, circle STAX, and Blueprints 1 to create the sentiment panel and the banners.  I stamped one of the lemon drop banners with a stamp from the Washi Patterns stamp set.   



I stamped my image in MFT black licorice hybrid ink and colored it with copics.   used a clear star Gelly Roll pen to add some shimmer to her wings.
