Look on the right hand side of my blog.  See my list of followers and place for you to join this site?  It is the widget most crafters currently have on their blog to allow people to follow their blogs.  That widget is run by Google Reader.  So any blogs you have joined this way, will be gone!

MFTWSC130 - Just Because

When I saw this week's MFTWSC sketch, I knew it was going to take me outside my comfort zone.   It just screamed pretty little stamped card to me.  No coloring.  Just ink.

Ever struggle to put a card together?  Like for hours.....seriously.  Usually I make myself stick with it and I end up being glad I did.  Jury's still out on this one though....

I flipped the sketch so that I could use the LJD Peaceful Wildflowers and the Die-Namics LJD Wildflowers within the Heirloom Label die cut.  

Hmmmmm.   Still on the fence about this one.

TSG Blog Hop Challenge - Pandamonium

Our final day of There She Goes sneak peeks has finally arrived, and today we have a new set from Melyssa!! We know you love her animals as much as we do, and this month's set is just...well, it's just CUTE!! I just added some C1, C00, R30 to the panda for a bit of shadind and some c3, C2, C1 for the shadow under his butt.  I used B000 for the background.

Here we are on day three of this month's There She Goes Blog Hop Challenges, and today we have our newest addition to the sock goblin line....I just LOVE these little creatures!! Again, these stamps will be releasing on Saturday, June 29th at 11 PM, so be sure to hop along for your chance to win!!

I decided to create a little scene for Hadley using some papers from the Echo Park "Hello Sumer" 6x6 paper pad.  I created some rolling hills and sponged the edges with  some MFT sour apple ink.  I used the Taylored Expressed Cloud Due dies.  I popped the entire image panel up with foam dimensionals and layered it over an MFT sweet tooth CS card base.  I colored Hadley with copics and added some orange peel Stickles to centers of the flowers.  I stamped the sentiment in MFT black licorice ink.

TSG Blog Hop Challenge - Amalia's Daisy and Cinnamon

Welcome to day two of this month's There She Goes Blog Hop Challenges!! We are showing you peeks of the sets we will be releasing on Saturday, June 29th at 11 PM EST!! Be sure to hop along all week for your chance to win!!

Artist Megan Suarez has two fabulous sets for us this month, both a continuation of her previous lines. Amalia’s Daisy, the second Amalia stamp for us, is SUPER adorable, and sure to make her way into your heart one flower at a time. Cinnamon is the newest addition to the Spice Girl line. I love how spicy but sweet these girls are!!!

First up is Amalia's Daisy:

Amalia’s Daisy is a 3x4 set that includes a total of 4 stamps and will sell for $9.00

I stamped the image in Momento tuxedo black ink and colored her with copics and paper pieced her dress.  I die cut the image using the MFT rectangle STAX Die-Namics and sponged some MFT berrylicious ink around the edges.I stamped the image a 2nd time and colored and cut out just the flower.  I adhered the flower over the original flower and folded up the petals.  I added a button with some hemp cord.  The PP is from the Little Yellow Bicycle "Just Because 6x6 paper pad.

I stamped the image onto X-Press It blending card and fussy cut her out.  I die cut the circle using the MFT circle STAX Die-Namics.  I left the circle in the die and sponged some MFT kraft ink around the edges.  I also used the MFT decorative doily Die-Namics.  The PP is from the Authentique Pride 6x6 paper pad.
