Designed to Color Birthday Tic Tac Toe

Designed to Color Magazine is celebrating its first birthday so we are having a Birthday Tic Tac Toe challenge!  All you need to do is color an image and use three elements in  a row on the bingo card of your choice!   

I am playing along with the Tiddly Inks "Birthday Wishes" clear stamp set.

Skin: E11, E21, E00, E000, R20, R30

Hair: E34, YR23, YR23, YR21

Clothing: - V17,V15, V12

cake: RV04, RV02, RV00, RV000

background: B000, B0000, colorless blender

Here are the RULES...

We want you to use a COLORED IMAGE AND THREE of the elements from this Tic-Tac-Toe board. BUT remember the rules of Tic-Tac-Toe!!!! You have to go straight across, straight down, or diagonal. So you could do a colored image PLUS purple, banner and presents but you can't just choose whatever three elements you want like Aqua, yellow and ribbon. It has to be a straight line!

And most important--THERE HAS TO BE A COLORED IMAGE on your creation or you are automatically disqualified!  It does not have to be a birthday creation! As long as it features a colored image and a row from our Tic Tac Toe, it will be accepted!
