SPDSS17 - Thanks Snow Much

Looking for a little sketchy inspiration?  Then play along with the SugarSketch #17!
I played along using the SugarPea Designs Gift Tag - Sugar Cuts Die and some accessory stamps and a sentiment from the SugarPea Designs Have an ICE Day stamp set.

How's this for a little embossing, die cutting, and use of distress inks all rolled into one?!

I die cut the tag from white CS using the SugarPea Designs Gift Tag - Sugar Cuts Die.   I spongedon some Tim Holtz chipped sapphire and story sky distress inks and then spritzed with water,   tore a piece of white card stock to create the snow and then used the SugarPea Designs Gift Tag - Sugar Cuts Die again to make a partial cut that I could layer on top.  I stamped and colored the trees from the SugarPea Designs Have an ICE Day  stamp set and fussy cut them out so I could layer them on top of the scene I created.  I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set in MFT black licorice ink. I added some Aleene's Tru Sno sprinkled with glitter at the base of the tree and on the edges of the trees.

Here is the sketch:
