Introducing On Target!
I colored my image with copics and and General's Pastel Chalk Pencils and paper pieced her tank top with papers from the Echo Park Happy Camper 6x6 paper pad. The lay out was inspired by the arch of her bow. The circular panels mimics the arch.
I stamped one of the the accessory stamps and sentiments on the inside of the card.
