That DSP was a scrap I had stashed away so I have no idea what it is. The CS base is PTI sweet blush. I matted the image and the DSP with PTI plum pudding. That ribbon is also PTI plum pudding saddle stitch ribbon. Here's the run down on copics:
skin - E11, E00, E000 and R20 on cheeks
Hair - E37, E35, E53, and E51
dress - V99, V95, V91, R10, RV11
lollipop - RV13, RV11, RV10
shoes- C07, C05, C03
shadow - C01
You can't really see it in the photo, but I added some glossy accents to the lollipop, too.
