Welcome to this week's addition of the Deconstructed Sketch #122 AND my very first Christmas card of 2013! I am putting to go use some of my newest and favorite MFT goodies!
I embossed the main whip cream panel with polka dots to mimic snow falling. I used the MFT plaid background builder stamp set (LOVE that set) to create my plaid with whip cream, red hot, kraft, and gumdrop green ink on kraft CS. I stamped the sentiment from the MFT Grand Holiday Greetings in red hot and hot fudge ink.
I die cut the flags with the MFT sentiment strips Die-Namics in kraft and gumdrop green CS and then stamped them in coordinating inks with stamps from the new MFT More Washi Patterns stamp set. I die cut one snowflake from the Snowflake Spendor Die-Namics in red hot felt and the other in whip cream CS. I stamped the snowflake from the Snowflake Splendor stamp set in red hot ink and added a hot fudge button with hemp cord to embellish.
