This month's theme is "Halloween Spirit!"

I decided to color up the adorable digi image from Sassy Cheryl's called
 "The Good Little Witch."  

I paired some PP from the Doodlebug Design "Haunted Manor" 6x6 paper pad with some Bazzill Card Shoppe gummy bear and licorice twist CS.  I added some black vintage seam binding,  black licorice Divine Twine. and three black rhinestones.
