SCS378 - Party Time Hattie

I am playing along with the SCS Challenge #378 
with this adorable by Lori Designs digital image called Hattie.


I colored the image with copics and cut her out so I could pop her up.  I paired her with some fun DSP from the  Fancy Pants Designs Be You 6x6 paper pad and some PTI raspberry fizz and black CS.  I added some faux stitching and I printed the sentiment from the my computer.
