I was really excited to have received an email from Pam Imholz inviting me to be the November Guest Designer at the Just Us Girls Challenge Blog! I am happy to be playing along this month with the talented DT! They wasted no time with putting me up to a challenge. It's a sketch challenge and if you follow my blog, you know I am a sketch-o-holic, but this one was a real real challenge...........a triangle card! This was a first for me.
Baptism by fire I suppose!
Here's the sketch:
Given the fast approaching Holidays, I decided to base my card on a Christmas tree. The card base is PTI ripe avocado card stock. I used some dsp from the My Mind's Eye Holly Jolly 6x6 paper. I used the SU eyelet border punch along the bottom of the tree. The sentiment and images are from the PTI Tag-Its #9 stamp set. I added a snowflake as a tree topper using a sizzix snowflake and embellished it with a button.
